Samuel Tully Lightsey, 79, died April 29, 2011, in Pioneer Community Hospital of Early in Blakely. He was born to Walter Clyde and Dixie Seals Lightsey. In 1956, in Clyattville, Ga., he married Elsa Falk, who survives. Also surviving are five children, including Abigail (and spouse Michael) Carter, Warsaw; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; three sisters; and two brothers. He was preceded in death by two sisters.
