The Salvation Army has been chosen to administer the Heat Aid 2004 Program for the NIPSCO service area.
NIPSCO gas customers are eligible for assistance who fall within 126-250 percent of the poverty income level, their account is in arrears and have made a payment of at least $100 since the issue date of their last bill.
Customers who received LIEAP assistance are not eligible for this program unless they need deposit assistance to reconnect their service.
