Sally Jane Kaufman, 66, of Warsaw, died at 10:29 p.m. Nov. 21, 2011, in her residence.
She was born Nov. 22, 1944, in Warsaw, to Harold and Maxine Larrew Millington. On May 7, 1973, in Chicago, Ill., she married Ronald G. Kaufman, who died Feb. 21, 2008.
A lifetime Warsaw resident, she was a homemaker and a 1963 Warsaw High School graduate. She was a member of Abundant Life Assembly of God and American Legion Auxiliary Post 49.
Surviving are two sons, Kurt Kaufman, Warsaw, and Jack (and spouse Patty) Kaufman, Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.; a daughter, Joyce (and spouse Rod) England, Warsaw; a sister, Rea Mae Harris, Riverview, Fla.; a brother, Don (and spouse Annetta) Millington, Bourbon; nine grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by a sister.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with the Rev. Glen Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
