Former Warsaw Mayor Jeff Plank (C) receives a Sagamore of the Wabash from State Sen. Kent Adams, R-Bremen, (L) this week as Warsaw Mayor Ernie Wiggins looks on. The award is the highest honor which the Governor of Indiana bestows. It is a personal tribute given to those who have rendered a distinguished service to the State or to the Governor.
