Pictured in their Robotics Club shirts are students Kellen Smith, Zach Martinez, Dominic Ryan and Andrew Ross at Sacred Heart School eagerly assembling their first Robotics Club task. The team is building an enclosure for HEX Bugs (robotic bugs). The Robotics Club was created as part of the STREAM initiative at Sacred Heart. Students explore different types of robots in several stations. Teams construct various devices with tools and follow detailed instructions. The activities incorporate robots that are used in daily life. Another activity of the club will be a Solar Powered Robotic vehicle. Lorenzo Lopez and Jill Lopez lead the club with technology discovery and engineering.
