Sacred Heart School’s Second Annual Culture Fair was a huge success.
Recently, more than 500 people attended the festivities of the Culture Fair at Sacred Heart School.
Twelve cultures were celebrated with food, art, music, memorabilia, student reports and activities.
Additional help was provided by the OrthoWorx Diversity Council, along with parents, parishioners and friends of Sacred Heart School.
The event was an opportunity for students, families and community to share knowledge of different cultures while celebrating food, fun and fellowship.
The festivities also included a Skype connection with the school’s sister parish in Haiti, students singing in 12 different languages and countless tasting experiences of cultural dishes from around the world.
Raffles were part of every culture and provided a final treat for the event.
Costumes were proudly worn by students of the many cultures.
