Sacred Heart School holds a day of prayer and awareness for the disease Juvenile Myositis that kindergarten student Katherine Alderfer was diagnosed with in 2010. Students prayed for a cure and could purchase ‘Cure JM’ bracelets. One hundred percent of the money went toward the research for a cure.
