Ruth Rebecca SnyderRuth Rebecca Snyder, 97, of Grace Village Retirement Community in Winona Lake, died at 2:20 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2019.
She was born on Nov. 16, 1921, in Mineral Point, Pa., to Verna Snyder Shaffer and William J. Shaffer. On April 6, 1941, she was married to Reverend Blaine Snyder. They shared 57 years of marriage together before he passed away on May 20, 1998.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 23 from 2 to 5 p.m. at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw.
Her funeral service will be conducted at 10 a.m. on Monday, June 24, at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home and officiated by Pastor Tom Miller. Burial will follow with a graveside service at Oakwood Cemetery of Warsaw.
