ROCHESTER – Ruth Isabell Fisher, 95, Rochester, died at 4:03 a.m. March 15, 2015, at Wynnfield Crossing. She was born Sept. 27, 1919, in Fulton, to Vincen E. and Anna Fern Kline Teeter. On April 30, 1939, she married Loy H. Fisher, who died in 1995. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Pastor Teri White officiating.
