NORTH MANCHESTER – Ruth Elain Hammonds Hamilton, 75, North Manchester, died Oct. 24, 2023, at Peabody Healthcare Center in North Manchester.
Ruth was born in Wabash on Oct. 8, 1948, to Herman Leslie and Helen Louise Baker Hammonds. Ruth married Theodore “Ted” Hamilton on June 17, 1966; he died July 3, 2021.
A celebration of Ruth’s life will be Saturday, Nov. 11 at 2 p.m. with visitation beginning at 1 p.m. at Peabody Chapel, North Manchester. Burial will take place following the service at Oaklawn Cemetery, North Manchester. Pastor Brian Richie will officiate.
