HUNTINGTON - Russell W. Ferguson, 84, of Andrews, died at 7:40 a.m. Dec. 30, 2007, in Oakbrook Village Nursing Home, Huntington.
He was born July 6, 1923, in Steubenville, Ohio, to Charles E. and Edna Hazel Workman Ferguson. On Dec. 28, 1945, in Steubenville, he married Emma Elizabeth Bellville, who died June 21, 1990.
Surviving are four daughters, including Kay (and spouse) Robert) Spangle, North Manchester, and Shellie (and spouse David) Miller, Warsaw; a sister; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers, a sister and a grandson.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Bailey-Love Mortuary, Huntington, with the Rev. David Ballinger officiating. Burial will be in Andrews Riverside Cemetery with military graveside rites by members of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 2689.
