Ruby J. Rapp, 90, Leesburg, passed away at 9:15 p.m. Jan. 2, 2015, at Grace Village, Winona Lake. She was born April 17, 1924, in Warsaw, to Earl and Glade Entsminger Snyder. On Sept. 28, 1946, in Warsaw, she married Harry E. Rapp Jr., who died Nov. 3, 1980. She was a lifetime resident of the Warsaw area. She worked at Warsaw Day Care for 10 years and at Bowen Center. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and attended First Freewill Baptist of Kosciusko County. Surviving are a daughter, Janet (and spouse Carl) Ousley, Leesburg; a son, David (and spouse Cathy) Rapp, Warsaw; four grandchildren: Michelle (and spouse Greg) Lehman, North Manchester; Aaron Ousley, Seattle, Wash.; Christina Wilson and David E. (and spouse Lindsay) Rapp, all of Warsaw; five great-grandchildren: Jacob and Colton Lehman, Ezra Leal and Presley and Canton Rapp. She also was preceded in death by a granddaughter, Rhonda Ousley, who died in 1970; three brothers: Dewey Snyder; Donald Snyder, who died June 1, 1992; and Harold Snyder, who died in 2004; and a twin sister, Ruth Julian, who died Nov. 5, 2012. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, with Pastor Terry Bradford, First Freewill Baptist of Kosciusko County, Claypool, officiating.
