WABASH – Anne Secrest had 18 points and Taylor Trippiedi was a perfect 5 of 5 from three-point land for 15 points in Tippecanoe Valley’s 71-42 Three Rivers Conference win over Southwood Saturday night. Meredith Brouyette was also in double figures for the Lady Vikings with 14 points. Valley got off to a fast start, leading by 11 after the first quarter and enjoying a 34-16 margin at halftime. They can clinch the title outright with either a Rochester loss to Northfield Saturday afternoon, or a home win against Manchester that evening. But before that, the Lady Vikings travel to Syracuse to take on Wawasee in a non-conference game at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
