RoseMary Minnix, 70, Pierceton, passed away Monday, April 30, 2018, at home surrounded by family.
She was born June 8, 1947, in Warsaw, to Henry and Emily Blair Conley. She married Harold Minnix on July 5, 1988; he preceded her in death on Aug. 17, 1993.
RoseMary was a 1965 graduate of Pierceton High School. She retired from Whitley Products and went to work for Essex/United Technology/Coupled Products.
She was an avid gardener and cook. She was known for her homemade “Big A** Cookies” and butterscotch pie. She loved I.U. and Notre Dame basketball. She was a caring person who lived her life drama-free and always focused on the power of family. She will be dearly missed by them all.
RoseMary is survived by one sister, Barbara Owens, Pierceton; three brothers: David (Rosey) Conley, Columbia City; Phil (JoAnn) Conley, Warsaw; and Michael Conley, Warsaw; a stepson, Dennis (Cindy) Minnix; and a stepdaughter, Connie (Bryan) Keim. Also surviving are four stepgrandchildren; two great-stepgrandchildren; 21 nieces and nephews; 42 great-nieces and great-nephews; 42 great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; and eight great-great-great-nieces and great-great-great-nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; three sisters, Virginia LaRue Neer, Thelma Roberts and Martha Mulligan; a brother, Donald Conley; and a niece, Cheryl LaRue Borem.
RoseMary’s wishes were for her services to be private. Arrangements were entrusted to Heritage Funeral and Cremation Services, Warsaw.
