NEW KENSINGTON, Pa. - Rosalyn Imogene Erickson, 88, formerly of New Kensington, died April 12, 2008, in Illinois, where she lived the past two years.
She was born Aug. 31, 1919, in Rossiter, Pa., to Samuel and Clara Griffith Timblin. She married Dale C. Engle, who died Oct. 23, 1964. She married the Rev. Lyman F. Erickson, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons; three stepsons, including John (and spouse Marcia) Erickson, Warsaw; nine grandchildren; a great-granddaughter; and two siblings. She was preceded in death by eight brothers and sisters.
Services were Saturday at Walker Funeral Home LTD., New Kensington, with the Rev. Charles Replogle officiating. Burial was in Greenwood Memorial Park, Lower Burrell.
