ROCHESTER - Ronnie Utter, 69, of 7106 E. CR 600N, Rochester, died at 4:14 p.m. Oct. 4, 2008, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 16, 1939, near Fulton, to Wilbert and LaVera Walters Utter. On Sept. 30, 1956, in Rochester, he married Patsy Hunter, who survives.
Moving to Talma from Fulton 60 years ago, he was a lifetime dairy and grain farmer, a DeKalb Seed Corn distributor for the past 21 years and worked part time at T&T Rentals, Rochester. He was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church, where he served as deacon, trustee and Sunday school teacher for the teens.
Also surviving are a son, Steven (and spouse Kathy) Utter, Rochester; and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Pastor Phil Pratt officiating. Burial will be in Rochester IOOF Cemetery.
Calling is from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and one hour prior to the service Wednesday at the funeral home.
