Bill Rondeau, Syracuse, and Mr. and Mrs. David Goshert, Winona Lake, announce the engagement of their daughter, Jessica Lauren Rondeau, Fishers, to Joshua James Watts, Indianapolis. He is the son of James and Marge Watts, Plainfield, Ill. The bride-to-be is a registered nurse at St, Vincent Hospital, Indianapolis. She graduated from Wawasee High School, Syracuse, in 2007, and earned a degree in nursing from Bethel College, Mishawaka, in 2011. The groom-elect is a wine sales specialist at Monarch Beverage, Indianapolis. He graduated from Menomonee Falls (Wis.) High School in 2006 and earned a degree in liberal arts from Bethel College, Mishawaka, in 2011, The couple plan a Sept. 21 wedding.
