ROCHESTER – Ronald K. Harshman, 82, Rochester, died at 5:53 a.m. Aug. 16, 2016, in Life Care Center, Rochester. He was born May 29, 1934, in Frankfort, to Dallas and Inez Carr Harshman. On Oct. 27, 1956, in Fall River, Ma., he married Joan D. Boas. He served in the United States Navy for four years. His stint included tours of the Suez Canal and Newport, R.I. A private family service will be at Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester, with Father Michael McKinney officiating. Military rites will be conducted by the Fulton County Veteran’s Honor Guard and the US Navy Honor Guard.
