NAPPANEE – Roger Richmond, 64, Nappanee, died at 12:45 p.m. July 17, 2015, of natural causes at his home. He was born Feb. 22, 1951, in Bremen, to Robert and Betty Hartzell Richmond. On Feb. 14, 1981, he married Judy Haines, who preceded him in death Sept. 5, 1995. Cremation will take place with no services.
