COLUMBIA CITY – Roger Allen Diemer, 50, of Columbia City, passed away at 12:16 p.m. March 31, 2013. He was born Dec. 22, 1962, in Fort Wayne, to Robert Ray and Sharon Annette Keller Diemer, who survives in Columbia City. He graduated from Leo High School in 1980. He lived in the Fort Wayne and Columbia City areas his entire lifetime and worked in general construction as a plasterer. In his free time, he enjoyed Harley Davidson motorcycles, fishing and camping. Also surviving are sisters and a brother: Debra D. (and spouse James) Diemer-Byerline, Albion; William C. (and spouse Diana) Diemer, Maryville, Tenn.; Sondra R. (and spouse Jerry) Diemer-Hughes, Fort Wayne; and Stephanie D. Diemer-Hayes, Colorado Springs, Colo. He was preceded in death by a sister, Suzanne Lynn Diemer.
