He was born in Wabash on Sept. 2, 1948, to Kenneth Eugene “Gene” and Barbara Rosann “Rosie” Heeter Custer. On Oct. 16, 1971, Rodney married Elizabeth Anne Craig in North Manchester.
The family of Rodney Custer will hold a private graveside at a later date at Fairview Cemetery, Servia.
