WABASH – Rodney D. Haupert, 41, of Roann, died at 9:03 p.m. Aug. 14, 2011, in rural Roann, from injuries suffered in an automobile accident.
He was born March 24, 1970, in Wabash, to Robert A. Sr. and Rita K. Brauneller Haupert. On Aug. 27, 1988, in Wabash, he married Marty Blakely, who survives.
Also surviving are his father and stepmother, Robert A. Sr. and Lisa Haupert, both of North Manchester; and three brothers. He was preceded in death by his mother and a daughter.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, Wabash, with Erin Huiras officiating. Burial will be in St. Peters Cemetery, Urbana.
Calling is from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
