LOVELAND, Ohio – Roberta "Bert" Marie (nee Summers) of Maineville, Ohio, passed away on Jan. 30, 2019, at the age of 82.
She was the loving wife of James Redslob; dear mother of James (Pam) Patterson, Janet (Ron) Holt, Gary (Francisco) Patterson, Michelle (Todd) Sneidman and Michael (Nelda) Redslob; beloved grandmother of April Copas, Nicholas Patterson and Jackson Patterson; and great-grandmother of eight and one great-great-grandchild. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many dear friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Lillith (nee Dunning) Summers; father-in-law, Jean-Jacque (Paula) Redslob; and mother-in-law, Monette Redslob.
Bert was honored and enjoyed being the president of the North Webster Lakeland Kiwanis Club. But the ultimate honor was serving as first lady, to assist and travel with Jim as the governor of the District of Indiana (2002-2003). Our many volunteer friends in the organization have been beautiful, appreciated and have remained friends ever since.
