ROCHESTER — Robert W. Evans, 89, Rochester, passed away at 6:40 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 15, 2017, at Hickory Creek of Rochester.
He was born March 16, 1928, in South Bend, to Wilby G. and Rethal Irene Beehler Evans. On July 11, 1948, in Rochester, he married Norma J. Bitterling. She died Jan. 2, 1993.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Rochester IOOF Cemetery. Pastor Mike VanHeyningen will officiate.
