SYRACUSE — Robert R. “Bob” Kieler, 92, Syracuse, died at 11:23 a.m. May 15, 2017, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born Oct. 21, 1924, near Arcola, to Roy L. and Mary Leffers Kieler.
He was a World War II Army veteran.
Visitation will be from 10-11 a.m. Thursday at Owen Family Funeral Home, 1001 S. Huntington St., Syracuse. Funeral services will follow at 11 a.m., with Pastor Stan Owen of Syracuse Church of God officiating. Burial will take place at 1 p.m. at Eel River Cemetery, Churubusco.
