SYRACUSE – Robert “Larry” Lawrence Quillen, 64, of Syracuse, died Tuesday, March 5, 2019.
He designed and engineered commercial HVAC systems.
His partner of 23 years, Beth Reich, survives.
A graveside service is planned for 1 p.m. Saturday at Black Cemetery, Albany.
