Robert L. “Bob” Cummings, 87, Warsaw, passed away at 7:40 a.m. Sept. 9, 2016, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw. He was born Jan. 17, 1929, in Warsaw, to Theodore and Delta Parker Cummings. On Dec. 30, 1950, he married Marilyn Baugher, who survives in Warsaw. He was a diesel mechanic for Brown Molasses, Bremen. He served in the US Army during the Korean War. Also surviving are a daughter, Debra (and spouse Scott) Clark, Claypool; a son, Mark Cummings, Springfield, Ohio; three grandchildren: Seth (and spouse Crystal) Bradford and Lyndsey Evans (and companion Tom Seymore), all of Warsaw; Melanie (and spouse Joshua) Shepherd, Claypool; nine great-grandchildren: Keeghan, Addison, Jailynn, Jarron, Jace, Marleigh, Jack, Brody and Gavin. He was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Donna Jean Neher and LoaDean Creamer; a son-in-law, Gary Geis; and an infant son, Bobby. Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, with Pastor Mike Beezley officiating.
