ROCHESTER - Robert Dielman, 69, of 105 S. Thomas St., Elberton, Ga., and formerly of Macy and the Fulton County community, died at 11:11 p.m. Aug. 17, 2008, in his residence. He was in failing health since June.
He was born March 22, 1939, in Macy, to Earl and Mabel Lewis Dielman. On Aug. 16, 1958, in Akron, he married Carol E. Smith, who survives.
Also surviving are three daughters; a son; 13 grandchildren; a great-grandchild; and a brother, Donald (and spouse Ann) Dielman, Rochester.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Plainview Cemetery, Macy, with speaker Art Parker officiating.
