NAPPANEE - Robert D. Pippenger, 58, of 25253 CR 50, Nappanee, died unexpectedly of natural causes on Jan. 29, 2008, in his residence.
He was born Jan. 19, 1950, in Elkhart, to John O. and Eva Johnston Pippenger.
He was a lifetime area resident and a Nappanee High School graduate. He worked at Yoder Cabinet, Nappanee, and formerly worked at Stow-Davis, New Paris, and Mutschler Brothers, Nappanee.
Surviving are a sister, Dorothy May Spencer, Michigan City; and a brother, John (and spouse Joan) Pippenger Jr., Milford.
Services will be at 6 p.m. Friday at Thompson-Lengacher & Yoder Funeral Home, Nappanee. Burial will be in Union Center Cemetery.
