GOSHEN - Robert Charles Dean, 76, of 1425 Greencroft Drive, Apt. 209, Goshen, and formerly of Syracuse, died June 3, 2008, in Greencroft.
He was born June 30, 1931, in Syracuse, to Charles Leslie and LaVada Pearl Gilbert Dean. On June 17, 1951, he married Patricia R. Koher, who survives.
He worked in the manufactured housing and recreational vehicle industry and also did construction.
Also surviving are five sons: Charles E. (and spouse Donna) Dean, New York; John W. (and spouse Sun) Dean, and Gary A. (and spouse Rita) Dean, both of Goshen; Dwight D. (and spouse Kathy) Dean, Syracuse; and Jerry L. (and spouse Drenna) Dean, Indianapolis; 13 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a grandson and a brother.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Rieth-Rohrer-Ehret Funeral Home, Goshen, with Chaplain Dee Swartz officiating. Burial will be in McClintic Cemetery.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
