New Life Christian Church and World Outreach will host Russ Spangle’s Ride for Overcoming Addiction and Recovery on Saturday.
The ride for motorcyclists will leave from the church’s parking lot at 744 S. CR 325E, Warsaw, at 11 a.m. This year’s tour will go around many of the area’s lakes, with ice cream and water at the halfway point.
Before the ride there will be live music, door prizes, a raffle and a silent auction. Several area organizations, including the Christian Motorcycle Association, will have booths at the ride. The live music begins at 9:30 a.m.
When the bikers return around 1 p.m., lunch will be served while raffle and auction prizes are awarded.
The cost is $20 for single riders, $30 for doubles, and includes lunch. The meal for nonriders is $8. Proceeds benefit the church's Celebrate Recovery and True Purpose Ministries programs.
Registration can be made in advance at ihavenew-life.com or the day of the ride.
