Rita Kay Ferguson, 63, of Grace Village Retirement Community, Winona Lake, died at 1:50 p.m. March 22, 2013, in Grace Village Healthcare. She was born Aug. 14, 1949, in Davenport, Iowa, to Wendlyn Otto and Kathryn Davidson Behrens. A resident of Kosciusko County for the past 24 years, she attended church at the Salvation Army, Warsaw, and was a member of the Salvation Army Home League. She was a homemaker and was involved in the Senior Center. Surviving are three brothers, Junior (and spouse Betty) Behrens, Brookings, S.D., and Clark (and spouse Ruth) Behrens and Douglas Behrens, all of Milan, Ill.; and her father, Wendlyn Otto Behrens, Milan. She was preceded in death a son, a brother and a sister. Service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Warsaw, officiated by Jody Dalberg.
