Kosciusko County Right to Life will sponsor its first annual Pro-Life Legislative Action Forum Feb. 7.
Pro-life voters will meet with Indiana legislators to be briefed on legislation pending in the Indiana General Assembly that protects human life. The forum will include an update on life-related issues at the federal level by Congressman Mark Souder, a report from Indiana State Representative Jackie Walorski on current issues involving Planned Parenthood, and a report from Indiana State Senator Marlin Stutzman on pro-life efforts at the State House.Sue Swayze, Indiana Right to Life lobbyist, will give an update on legislation being considered at the state level. The forum will include a panel discussion allowing for questions from attendees.
The Legislative Forum, sponsored by Kosciusko County Right to Life, is open to the public and will be held Feb. 7 from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the new First Christian Church facility, 115 Park Ridge Drive, Warsaw. The church is at the corner of County Farm Road and Park Ridge Drive across from Miller's Merry Manor.
