Perschbacher brings more than 15 years of nonprofit experience in organizational leadership, strategic marketing, fundraising and community engagement. Throughout her career, she has focused on strengthening organizations, building meaningful partnerships and connecting communities with missions that make a lasting impact, according to a provided news release.
In her new role, Perschbacher will oversee the organization’s operations, strategic direction, fundraising, educational initiatives and community partnerships across its nine-county service area.
Board President Mark Piazza said, “We are excited to have Sarah join Right to Life. Her wealth of experience and knowledge in the leadership of nonprofit organizations as well as her passion for and commitment to the mission of RTL will be essential for the future of RTL. We have been blessed with Dave Koontz’s many years of dedicated service and thank him not only for that service but also his unwavering and inspiring leadership to RTL.”
As she steps into her new role, Perschbacher recognizes the significant contributions of Koontz, whose years of leadership and dedication have established a strong foundation for the organization’s continued work, stated the release.
“It has been a privilege to serve the pro-life community in North Central Indiana. I am pleased to be a part of a successful transition of my responsibilities to Sarah. I believe this transition will position Right to Life of North Central Indiana to expand its reach, strengthen its impact and serve our region effectively,” said Koontz.
Looking ahead, Perschbacher plans to build upon the organization’s established programs while expanding community awareness, strengthening educational outreach and fostering relationships with supporters, churches, community leaders and partner organizations throughout the region.
