SNELLVILLE, Ga. – Rick “Mac” McCleary, 51, of Snellville, and formerly of Warsaw, died Oct. 23, 2011. His wife, Lana McCleary, survives in Snellville.
He was involved in the youth and church ministry over the years. He worked in real estate for five years. Also surviving are his children, Matt (and spouse Shelley) McCleary, Bethlehem, and Josh, Jeremy, Kristan and Jenna McCleary, all of Snellville; his mother, Janet Buchholz, Warsaw; five brothers: Garry and Larry McCleary and Tim Faurote, all of Warsaw; Barry McCleary, Napoleon, Nev.; and Mark McCleary, Indianapolis; a sister, Linda Chicchetti, Vacaville, Calif.; and a grandchild.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Corinth Christian Church, Loganville, with the Rev. Andy Child officiating. Burial will be in Corinth Memorial Gardens.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Tim Stewart Funeral Home, Snellville, one half hour prior to the service Friday at the church.
