Jerry and Karen Richardson, Warsaw, marked their 50th wedding anniversary May 3, 2009. Jerry Richardson and Karen Adams were married May 3, 1959, at Central Christian Church, Huntington.
He is retired from Starcraft, and she is a typesetter at the Times-Union.
The couple have three children: Kim (and spouse Ed) Vanlaningham, Milford; and Lorie (and spouse Dan) Armey and Michael Alyn Richardson, all of Warsaw. They have five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
The couple celebrated the anniversary with family and friends at Shipshewana and dined at Das Essen Haus and at the Boathouse.
