ROCHESTER – Richard Paul “Dick” Bair, 85, of Rochester, died May 4, 2013. He was born May 14, 1927, near Tiosa, to Malon and Trella Kenly Bair. His wife, Augie, survives. He graduated from Richland Center High School in 1945. Also surviving are five daughters: Ellen (and spouse Charles) Fitzpatrick, Arlington, Texas; Suzanne “Susie” Bair, Amherst, N.Y.; Jennifer (and spouse Bill) Crane, Bloomington; Edie Hisey, Rochester; and Judy (and spouse Brad) Griffis, Tippecanoe; a son, Matthew (and spouse Judy) Thompson, Kenosha, Wis.; eight grandchildren: and 16 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister. Services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. John’s Lutheran Church, Rochester. Burial will be in Reichter Cemetery, northeast of Rochester, with military honors by members of the Fulton County Veteran’s Honor Team and the U.S. Marine Corp Honor Team.
