Richard I. DayRichard I. Day, 89, Syracuse, died at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 18, 2022, at Goshen Hospital.
He was born July 11, 1932, in Moville, Iowa, to Ivan L. and Irma M. Alldredge Day. He was married March 19, 1961, in Clutier, Iowa, to Phyllis J. Grover, who died Oct. 30, 2011.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday, Jan. 24 at Owen Family Funeral Home, Syracuse. Funeral services will follow at 1 p.m. Monday in the funeral home with Pastor Joel Wallenbeck officiating. Burial will be in Syracuse Cemetery.
Preferred memorials may be given to the Grace Bible Baptist Church, 68080 Division St., New Paris, IN 46553.
