GOSHEN - Richard Elmer Brumbaugh, 88, of 18884 CR 40, Goshen, died at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 24, 2009, in his residence.
He was born Oct. 8, 1920, in Knox, to Chester and Ethel Monroe Brumbaugh. On Nov. 6, 1943, in Goshen, he married Florence Esther Lahr, who survives.
He was a 1939 Milford High School graduate.
Also surviving are two daughters and two sons. He was preceded in death by a sister and twin brothers.
Services will be at noon Saturday at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, Goshen, with the Rev. John Hickey officiating. Burial will be in Milford Cemetery.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and one hour prior to the service Saturday at the funeral home.
