Richard A. Foreman Sr., 61, went home to be with his Lord and Savor at 12:38 p.m. Aug. 25, 2011, in Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
He was born Oct. 6, 1949, in Warsaw to Harry G. Sr. and Mary J. Rush Foreman.
He was a lifetime Warsaw resident. He worked in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning vocation for many years.
Surviving are two daughters, Richelle (and spouse Shane) Fuller, Warsaw, and Diane Foreman; four sons: Richard Foreman Jr., Syracuse; Steve Foreman, Warsaw; and Dustin and Ricky Foreman; 14 grandchildren; two brothers, Burton Foreman and Gary Foreman, both of Warsaw; and a sister, Harryetta (and spouse Robert) Pennington, Bourbon. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and two grandchildren.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, 2290 Provident Court, Warsaw, with Pastor Gary Boschain officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 6 to 8 p.m. today and one hour prior to the service Tuesday at the funeral home.
