Former Warsaw Boys Basketball Coach Al Rhodes may be sporting the orange again. Only this time it will be paired with the brown of the Fort Wayne Northrop Bruins.
Rhodes, who has confirmed that he will not return to Logansport next year, interviewed for the position at Northrop.
Neither Rhodes nor Northrop Athletic Director Bob Shank would confirm the hiring.
If hired, Rhodes would replace Greg Peden, who resigned in January after 15 years of coaching at Northrop. His career record was 108-210.
Rhodes was 405-133 in 22 years at Warsaw and 39-47 at Logansport in four seasons. Rhodes took teams to the Final Four four times and coached the Tigers to a state championship in 1984.
