Three rezonings and three final plats were before the Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Wednesday.
All met with approval.
Lisa and Gregg Robinson petitioned to rezone 15.20 acres from an agricultural district to an agricultural II district. The property is on the east side of CR 250E and 1,770 feet south of CR 550N in Plain Township.
The plan commission recommended the the Kosciusko County Commissioners approve the rezoning.
On rezonings, the plan commission is only a recommending board to the county commissioners, who have final say. The commissioners will hear Robinson's petition May 17 at 9:30 a.m. in the county courthouse.

Approved to recommend to the commissioners that Wilmer and Alice Loher's petition to rezone 38 acres from an agricultural to a commercial district be approved. The property is on the west side of Ind. 15 in Plain Township.
Approved to recommend to the commissioners that Jerry and Cheryl Ryman's petition to rezone a half acre be rezoned from agricultural to residential. The property is on the west side of CR 175E in Wayne Township.
Approved the final plat for White Pines Addition, a two-lot residential plat east of CR 175E and north of CR 75N.
Approved the final plat for Ridgeview Estates, north of CR 500N, near EMS T10, T11 and T12 lanes.
Approved the replatting of Blackberry Trace Subdivision, splitting lot 6 to provide a water retention area. Lot 5 will receive the southern half of lot 6 and lot 7 will receive the northern half of lot 6.
Members of the plan commission are Charlie Haffner, Kevin McSherry, Vic Virgil, Don Arms, Hal Strong, Larry Coplen, Dick Kemper, Kelly Easterday and Norm Lovell. They meet at 1 p.m. in the Justice Building meeting room on the first Wednesday of every month.
