Retro Bill (C) is shown with DARE officers Doug Light (L) and Joe Hawn (R). Retro Bill visited local schools this week and spoke to students from Lincoln and Sacred Heart Wednesday afternoon. He has a powerful “no bullying” message that every child and adult needs to hear, according to school officials.
