Katie’s Kwikmart, Leesburg, also earned one critical violation for not having a thermometer in the refrigerator, along with earning eight non-critical violations. Earning three non-critical violations a piece were Steak N Shake, Warsaw, and Stacy’s, Leesburg. Earning two non-critical violations a piece were Penguin Point, location No. 40, Warsaw, and Pizza King, Warsaw. Warsaw establishments earning one non-critical violation a piece were Katering Kitchen, Korner Grill and Stella’s. Also earning one non-critical violation were Penguin Point, location No. 43, Syracuse, and Lizard’s Bar, Milford. Those inspected but without violation in Warsaw were Golden Corral, Panda Express, Sherman & Lin and American Table. In Leesburg were The Keg and Pie Eyed Petey’s. Kiefer’s Iron Skillet, Silver Lake, earned no violations and Time Out, Milford, earned no violations.
