Kosciusko County residents who have experienced flood damage are being given a number to call to report it.
Emergency Management Director Ed Rock said residents wanting to report flood damage need to call 866-210-1925.
Rock said residents should only call if the damage occurred to their home, not sheds or yards.Rock said as of this morning, there were 14 reports of homes in Kosciusko County reporting flooding in either their basement or first floor. The number of homes will be compiled and sent to Governor MItch Daniels, who will then send that to President George W. Bush for a declaration.
"If we have any hope of having a declaration, we need people to call this number," said Rock.
