NOTICE OF HEARING ON REQUEST FOR WATER OF NON COMPLIANCE PURSUANT TO I.C. 6-1.1-12-11.3 The County Council of Kosciusko County, Indiana, will conduct a public hearing on a request for waiver of noncompliance filed by Louis Dreyfus Agricultural Industries, LLC, pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 6-1.1-12.1-11.3(5)(A) in regard to the failures to file timely applications for deductions from both real and personal property taxes under I.C. 6-1.1-12.1-5.3 and 5.4. The applications for deduction apply to real and personal property located at 7344 South State Road 15, Claypool, Indiana. The hearing will take place September 10, 2009 at 7:00 p.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom, Courthouse, 100 West Center Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580.
