TIPPECANOE VALLEY SCHOOL CORPORATION Request for Proposal For Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract Notice is hereby given the Tippecanoe Valley School Corporation shall receive proposals for a Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract until 10:00 a.m. on July 21, 2008 at the Central Administration Office located at 8343 S. State Road 19, Akron, IN 46910. Proposals must be in accordance with IC 36-1-12.5 and the Request for Proposal (RFP) guidelines. Selection of a qualified provider will occur at the regular School Board Meeting on August 11, 2008. The proposals will be to furnish: GUARANTEED ENERGY SAVINGS AND FACILITY IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM In accordance with the Request for Proposal (RFP) guidelines: A qualified provider may obtain a copy of the RFP at the Central Administration Office. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 9:00 a.m. on June 27th, 2008 at the Burket Educational Center, 5095 S. 700 W. Burket, IN 46508. The qualified provider, to whom the work is awarded, shall conform to the common construction wage rates for this area. The qualified provider will be required to submit a performance bond to ensure the qualified provider's faithful performance of their obligations over the term of the guaranteed savings contract.
