REQUEST FOR BIDS Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of Winona Lake, Indiana will receive sealed bids for various street and storm repairs, set out in accordance with specifications on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer, 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, IN All bids shall be properly and completely executed and shall include a noncollusion affidavit, and a certified check or bid bond of five percent (5%) of the bid price made payable to the Town of Winona Lake. A successful bidder will have to comply with anti-discrimination provisions of I.C. 5-16-6-1. Bids shall be received until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, August 12, 2008, at the Clerk Treasurer's office at 1310 Park Avenue, Winona Lake, IN, to be opened at 6:10 p.m. The town reserves the right to reject any and all bids, delete any portions, or waive any formalities in the bidding.
