Editor, Times-Union: Big Mike Pence is trying to pull another fast one on Indiana tax slaves. Yes, more fraudulent Republican deception. In other words Medicaid expansion that just isn’t called Medicaid expansion. That simple deception will undoubtedly fool the Republican masses into thinking that they are still standing by their principles when in fact they have caved in and fully complied with the Affordable Care Act.
