A report of a runaway girl led to a Warsaw man being arrested Monday for child molesting. Warsaw Police Department received a call regarding a female that had run away with a friend. After police questioned the friend, they were led to the apartment of Trevor P. Burgess, 20, of 3100 Frontage Road, Apt. 68, Warsaw. When Burgess opened the door, officers saw a naked female inside the apartment. When asked about the missing girl, Burgess admitted she was there and had intercourse with her. Burgess stated he thought she was 19 when the girl stated in front of the officer that she had told Burgess that she was only 13. Burgess is charged with child molesting, a class B felony, and was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
